1. General

  • What is Primation?

We are a niche store with a vision to build a community of people who are passionate about conservation.

  • How do we fulfil the vision?

By raising funds for conservation in partnership with UK-WWF
By keeping our ‘famous five’ iconic primates at the forefront, via all our products
By informing and updating our community concerning the endangered primates that we are championing, for example, via the Blog.

  • Do you have any retail locations?

Not at the moment. We are currently only online.


2. Shipping and orders

  • Do you offer free shipping?

No, it’s calculated at checkout

  • What is your shipping policy?

  • Will I be charged right away when I place an order?

Yes, you will be charged right away. We don't store payment information for security purposes.

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Almost all orders are shipped within 2-7 business days from the order submission date.
(The order production time depends on several factors, such as time of the year, product stock status, and order size).

  • How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order.* Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders, so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you’ve been waiting a little too long.

  • Can I change my order?

Once you have paid for your order it can’t be changed. All our products are made to order and therefore we don't offer 'buyer’s remorse' returns. We encourage you to check size, colour and product carefully before you checkout. 

  • What happens if my package is lost or damaged?  

Lost
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us at primationstore23@gmail.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.


Damaged
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at primationstore23@gmail.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.

 

3. Sizing and fit
    • How do I know what size to fit?

    The majority of our clothing have a metric size chart. Please check this carefully against your own measure.
